Riverside Writers – Thurs 12th November, 10am to 12noon, Rochdale Central Library, Number One Riverside, Rochdale
Riverside writers meet weekly in Rochdale Central Library. This week the session will follow the same theme, “Birds The Magic”, as the above Rochdale Writes online session, with a workshop led by Seamus Kelly.
Riverside Writers sessions are open to anyone aged 18+ and are free of charge although donations of £2 towards our running costs are welcome from those who wish to contribute. There is no need to book, just come along with your imagination and something to write with.
Rochdale Writes ONLINE Writing Group WEDNESDAY 11th November – 6.30pm to 8.00pm (GMT)
For our first session in November we are meeting online on Wednesday evening (rather than the usual Tuesday).
The title for this session is Birds (Part 2) The Magic. Previously we enjoyed a session where the focus on birds included some factual information and then some elements of folklore and mythology. Some great writing was produced and we had lots of fun so this session has been planned.
Birds (Part 2) The Magic will look at some extraordinary facts about birds and also consider things from the birds viewpoint. There will be discussion, writing and sharing as usual.
The group is free to attend and open to anyone aged 18+, anywhere.
The link below will access the session on Zoom, the link will be open at 6.15pm to enable people to join before the session starts.
