The Right to Cancel – In line with UK distance and online selling regulations purchases of goods on this site may be cancelled without giving a reason. To cancel in this case the buyer must contact me within 14 days of placing the order to request a cancellation. I will provide details for return of the goods which must be returned in unused condition in the original packaging within a further 14 days. In these cases the buyer is responsible for the postage cost in returning the item to me, buyers are advised to use a tracked service for returns. The refund will be issued ASAP after the returned goods have been received in unused condition.

The Right to Cancel does not apply in the case of downloadable digital files.

Faulty Goods – If the goods delivered to a buyer are faulty or not as described the buyer is entitled to a full refund or replacement and will not be liable for the postage charges. Buyers should inform me of the issue with the goods as soon as possible after receipt and I will then discuss options for refund or replacement.
